I try with Administrator account. Then with PostgreSQL account which has Administrators access, then I add Administrators access to my my own account. All time the same result. Miro. This bug is most likely to show up if you are running the installer when logged into the Administrator account which can become the default in some installations of Vista. Could this be the case for you? If so, try creating a new user account with administrative privileges, and then run the installer whilst logged in as that user.
