OS X which? And is this PPC or Intel hardware? > Ok, what am I doing wrong? I downloaded RC2 and config with: > ./configure --with-libedit-preferred --enable-thread-safety > --with-bonjour That exact case works fine for me on a freshly installed 10.5.1 machine. One thought, if this is a machine that's been upgraded from 10.4 to 10.5: in the past we've seen problems with old Xcode installations not being able to build code that works in a newer OS. Did you update Xcode when you updated? Even if you did, it might be best to remove and reinstall Xcode. regards, tom lane ---------------------------(end of broadcast)--------------------------- TIP 2: Don't 'kill -9' the postmaster
