Did you run the module's SQL script?
It was not put into /usr/local/pgsql/share/contrib. Neither of these
had any output:
trigger% ll /usr/local/pgsql/share/contrib/*.sql | grep uuid
trigger% ll /usr/local/pgsql/lib | grep uuid
