While running the .msi for 8.3rc1 I selected PL/Java as one of the things I wanted installed along with all the contrib items. Got error window: could not load library "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.3-rc1/lib/pljava.dll"' The specified procedure could not be found. The dll is in the directory OK !
