I have tried many mirrors sites to download postgres but it is impossible
with a low-debit connection (56k) : all server shutdown connexion after 1
hour (about 10MO data).
How can I have and try Postgres?
Is it allow for only a part of poulation who have fast-debit connection ?
The mirrors (of which there are about 100, all offering ftp, some http)
are all run independently of us. I can't believe they're all dropping
the connection like that - are you sure it's not something at your end
or your ISP?
Have you tried ftp and http?
