The following bug has been logged online: Bug reference: 1535 Logged by: Miguel Juan Email address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] PostgreSQL version: 7.4.2 Operating system: W2000Pro Description: ODBC bug in pgslqodbc-08_00_0101 Details:
Hy, I have installed the last version of the ODBC driver (psqlodbc-08_00_0101) and when I make a 'SELECT *' from a table with varchar or char fields, they did not apear in the result records. Neither if I just select this fields in a query. I use the ODBC driver through the BDE (Borland Database Engine) and my server a PostgreSQL 7.4.2 on i386-redhat-linux-gnu. And I have tried with a UNICODE DB and with a SQL_ASCII DB. With MS Acces97 I get the fields name but with all fields as "Deleted" With the version 7.3.2 of ODBC driver works fine.
