Hi,

I'm keen to get using the native Windows 8.0 beta but I'm having trouble finding out
how to use the client libraries. The release used was via
http://techdocs.postgresql.org/guides/Windows and called
"postgresql-8.0-beta1-20040809.msi". This does not appear to contain the libpqdll.lib
import library for libpq.dll. Please can you help me find these files?
