You are not dealing with a bug, but with your own failure to follow the
installation directions.  If you need help in doing that, I'd suggest
asking on pgsql-novice; the bugs list is not the place to seek
elementary help.

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
    (send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to [EMAIL PROTECTED])
