Hello, Could you please make techdocs.postgresql.org available on the mirrors instead of a centralized site similar to the User Docs.. http://postgresql.nextpath.com/users-lounge/docs/ It seems that www.postgresql.org is often unavailable as a result of server troubles or backbone outages and this would help me be able to get to the docs and reduce load on the 'techdocs.postgresql.org' server.
