No Postgres Bug! Heavy downloading problems...

Greetings and sorry for wasting your time with a bug report on this...
but from most available mirrors, I have tried to download the latest version.
After a maximum of 6% the download stalls on all of them. and even in that time, the
download is terribly slow (1 byte per second is not unusual)
I do have an older version, but would like to upgrade... and I can't.
This is annoying.
I hope there is nothing severely wrong, but could it be that there is something fishy
witht e files prepared for the upload?
I hope you can fix this...
