OK. As soon as you unchecked the database checkbox or a schema checkbox, nothing below the checkbox is checked. Not sure what the correct fix should be. I was thinking that once you click on a table, pgAdmin should check that the schema is checked and that the database is checked too. And check them if they aren't.
