pgAdminIII Mac OS X 1.12.2 though this has been persistent through 1.8.x -> 1.10.x -> 1.12.x :)
A picture is worth a thousand words: https://skitch.com/reyjrar/rp566/pgadmin-table-size-bug I'd like to be able to resize the "Size" column so I can read the values, but it generally takes 5 minutes of playing with the "Last Analyze" column to get the "Size" columns resizing control to show up..
