[pgadmin-support] Bug in pgadmin3.exe /f startup

Hi.

PgAdmin3 1.10 or later is crashing when i use to start it in command line
with this:

pgadmin3.exe /q  /f "c:\archieve.sql"

In this case, when the pgadmin loads the file, it´s crashes!

I saw that error in windows XP and 2003 server, with pgadmin 1.10 or later.
In pgadmin3 1.8.4 the error not occur.
