Whenever I open a saved query and run it, the "Do you want to save
changes?" dialog pops up even though I have made no changes to the
query. (This also happened with Beta 2.)
To reproduce:
1. Open the query window
2. Enter the query "Select 1"
3. Save the query
4. Open the saved query
5. Run it.
6. Close the query window. The "save changes" dialog pops up.
