on oracle there is a database link objetc that you can
access other 
databases. is it possible ? I would like to access a
specific table on 
a microsoft access or oracle.
 

AFAIK, for Oracle there's a contrib module oralink.
For microsoft access, there's a heartily laughter from the world of real 
databases: "What the h*ll is Access?!?"
