Hello, I'm brand new to pgAdminII. I've created a new database (that seemed straight-forward), but the option to create a table is grayed out. I've tried the "refreshing the information below" button, even exited the program and restarted it. Nothing. I did multiple searched in the mailing lists. So, how do I create tables? And have I missed the link to the manual?
