Hi Hans, 

I have done some work on this now - specifically, if a primary key can be
found, that is used in preference building a huge great big WHERE clause to
add onto DELETE/UPDATE queries.

Please try out the latest dev code - you can download a tarball (with
instructions) from: http://cvs.pgadmin.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/binaries/
