Hi, pgadmin4 is not shipped with brew installers. Have you ever used the EDB PostgreSQL installer to install postgres? If yes, Please refer this <https://www.enterprisedb.com/docs/supported-open-source/postgresql/uninstalling/#uninstalling-postgresql-on-mac> link to uninstall the pgadmin application.
