Hi Aldo,

Install desired PostgreSQL from
https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads, And
once you are done with this, you can go to pgAdmin 4 and register a server.
Once you are done with registration, you can use the pgAdmin.
