Yes, I have checked in server logs too but do not see any issue. I'm getting
this error in pgAdmin only, when I do refresh any objects in admin tool.     On

This error mostly occurred in python/psycopg2 when postgres runs out of memory
while performing complex query.

Did you checked DB server side logs?

Hello,
I have upgraded pgAdmin to latest version 4.13. Some times it's behaving
abnormally and throwing below error,

Please provide the OS details and how you upgraded the pgAdmin 4.This issue is
of psycopg2, so we need the pgadmin logs to further work on it.Enable the
pgadmin logging (Ref: https://www.pgadmin.org/faq/#8) and provide the logs.
Thanks,Khushboo
