Hi All.

Sorry, attach has blocked.
But just now, really now, I found "problem cause".
An Chrome Extension activated when page load get error to analyze pgAdmin
page, crash and stop load.

I've deactivate this extension and done!

I can saw this extension via DevTools (F12) console.

Tnx'o'mch by attention!!
