Hi Hackers,

I reverified the following platforms performing basic sanity,
1. Ubuntu 24.04
2. windows 11

During the sanity testing, I did not find any major issue. The performed
test cases are attached here.

- fresh Install (pgadmin, desktop, web)
- upgrade from pgadmin4 9.4
- create/drop server pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
- version verification
- reset layout
- reset Preferences (Minor and intermittent issue: When I click on the Reset 
and Save, an other dialogue appears and it automatically refreshes. Need to 
investigate more)
- links navigation
- uninstall

windows 11
- digital signature check

- create drop server  pg 17
- create and drop database objects from tree view
