Hi Rajiv It appears that you have installed v6.20 as well. In version 6.20, the "pgadmin4.db" file has a new structure for the server and sharedserver tables. I have analyzed the log and it throws an error "sqlite3.OperationalError: no such column: server.hostaddr" which is expected if you installed the v6.20 and then run v6.19 again.
