Hi 1) Please update the nodeJS to the latest version. v4.2.6 is an older version.
2) Run following commands from '<src path>/pgadmin4/web' directory: a) yarn install b) yarn run bundle 3) Then run pgAdmin4. and Let us know If you still get an error.
