cara, passei por isso a pouco tempo. eu entrei na aba cache mgmnt do squid, aumentei o cache disk para 4GB, aumentei a memoria do pfsense para 50% da memoria fisica. limpei os arquivos de log e limpei o cache.
meu squid esta ok faz mais de 2 semanas.
