[petsc-users] (no subject)

Good evening. After configuring petsc I had to write this comand on cygwin64.
$ make PETSC_DIR=/home/itugr/asd/petsc-3.19.3 PETSC_ARCH=arch-mswin-c-opt all
But I have such problem
makefile:26: /home/itugr/asd/petsc-3.19.3/lib/petsc/conf/rules.utils: No such 
file or directory
make[1]: *** No rule to make target 
'/home/itugr/asd/petsc-3.19.3/lib/petsc/conf/rules.utils'.  Stop.
make: *** [GNUmakefile:9: all] Error 2
So, i have this directory, but can't make it.
itugr@LAPTOP-UJI8JB1K ~/asd/petsc-3.19.3/lib/petsc/conf
$ dir
bfort-base.txt  bfort-mpi.txt  bfort-petsc.txt  petscvariables  rules  
rules.doc  rules.utils  test  uncrustify.cfg  variables
