For CELS General Computing Environment<https://virtualhelpdesk.cels.anl.gov/docs/linux/> and MCS Legacy environment<https://wiki.mcs.anl.gov/IT>, all workstations, fileservers, and login nodes will be offline beginning at 9PM on Sunday, October 18. Once we receive the all clear that power has been restored, we will start to bring things back online. The latest we expect to get this all clear is 5PM on Monday, but should it occur sooner we will start sooner. During this outage, you will not be able to SSH into CELS or MCS login nodes. We will announce via this mail list, Twitter, blog post, and Slack when the work is complete and things are back to a normal state. This outage will not affect mail services, most web services, and services provided by BIS. -- Craig
