Hello All, So it seems gitlab has launched a new requirements tab recently which I think might be useful for tabulating certain minimum requirements for running petsc. It’s currently very rudimentary, from the video and docs it seems like its a title only, but if this is fleshed out it could be pretty useful for at-a-glance summaries of necessary items for running petsc in certain configurations.

This section doesn’t and shouldn’t replace the very helpful error messages already in configure but can serve as rough guidelines apriori to building petsc. Some food for thought.
