Co-located with “International Conference on Process Mining” (ICPM) 2024 DTU Copenhagen, Denmark https://icpmconference.org/2024/co-located-events/ The AWPN workshop will take place this year on October 18, 2024, alongside the ICPM conference at DTU in Copenhagen. This year, we are requesting contributions in the form of extended abstracts, describing ideas for current research projects or tools. The submissions will be divided into sessions, and each contribution will be presented in a 20-minute slot. Following the sessions, we will form working groups to discuss the presented topics and foster collaborations. We welcome all contributions concerning tools, applications, and theory in the field of Petri nets and related formalisms. Possible topic areas for our sessions include, but are not limited to: Petri Nets and Software Engineering Petri Nets and Business Process Modeling Petri Nets and Process Mining Petri Nets and Model Checking Petri Nets in Education Please submit your extended abstracts in English or German as PDF files in LNCS style to robert.lor...@informatik.uni-augsburg.de <mailto:robert.lor...@informatik.uni-augsburg.de> by August 8, 2024. This year, the page limit is 2 pages, excluding references. Contributions will not undergo a detailed review process but will be assessed by the program committee for relevance to the AWPN. To emphasize the workshop's character, there will be no proceedings this year; accepted contributions will be invited for presentation at the AWPN until September 2, 2024. There will be no participation fee this year. The participation will include coffee breaks and lunch. Registration is open until September 15 via https://fg-petrinetze.gi.de/veranstaltung/awpn-2024.
