Well I didn't stay for the whole event (left early as my back was playing
up) but there was a coding class going on when I turned up (and I was there
early) with kids, parents and teachers using the Raspberry Pi and an input
board, the advertised events were lectures and workshops.

I didn't attend the workshops as I was attending the lectures which were
well attended and received though the music generation one went well over
time and cut into later talks.

I should also mention that there were a number of stalls on the ground
floor selling break out boards and teaching aids for the Raspberry Pi (I
bought the Wireless Inventers Kit and wished I'd attended the relevant
workshop) as well as an Arcade Machine (set up for all of us that remember
space invaders and asteroids etc. I took a brief look at a 3d printer
(Mendel90 iirc) which was a bad idea as now I really want one (and they
aren't cheap)

I'm not sure the organisers were expecting quite so many people to attend -
hopefully there will be more of these Jams hosted in Peterborough and maybe
then more suppliers would attend, I suspect pimoroni would have sold a lot
of products had they attended.
