I have this motherboard, with CPU (couldn't tell you what CPU from memory):

Could likely find some RAM to go with it. Socket A so not high spec,
but might be a good replacement for a failed board.
I also have at least one Fujitsu Siemens Econel server with dead
motherboard (PSU and CPU fine, I believe). Good solid metal cases with
loads of drive bays etc, but not worth repairing. Should take standard
motherboards if you can find one that the CPU fits relative to where
the PSU is.
