After a long time I had the chance to look around and spend some time trying to 
fix my problem.
I have found Fixparts (http://www.rodsbooks.com/fixparts/) and after reading 
the website I wearily tested.
It worked perfectly and now Gparted can see all my partitions.

If you don't know much about partitions, have a look at its website, it's a 
good and informative read.
