agreed, though in these "times of austerity" I do struggle a bit with the idea of an ICT suite of RM P4s or whatever stood idle while they learn Python on single board computers with the inevitable shiny new HDMI compatible monitors. Obviously the Raspberry-PI has some "hardware" type activity options, but for teaching coding it seems mainly to be a game changer or trojan horse to shake up the establishment when you would never get them dual booting the same OS as the R-pi will run on existing kit.
