They have already pissed off many people with their heavy handed tactics and this move is only likely to have people up in arms in droves.
Also, there is a huge repertoire of music from unsigned artists available on the net cheaply or for free and if this bill drives people away from the big music moguls towards the Indies then I am all in favour of that.
