Hi all. Any plans for the this month's meeting?
I would suggest that if we do meet up on the last Tuesday this month, that we come with some clear ideas for better utilization of time. It was my first time in the last meeting and it was nice to see people of different calibers gathered around a table for the same cause. But what the evening lacked was a direction. If we can make an itinerary in the next two weeks, then we can spend the two hours or so more productively rather than using the internet (and 100megs is amazing :-p, thanks to Tony). If we can get anyone to share their experiences every time we meet (like Steve's mini server), or one of the professionals to give a little lecture on some of the technology they use (like Malcolm & Tony), or anything random related or not related to computers (like Me) that could make things interesting. More like divide the time we meet into sections and make the evening more interesting. I hope my idea would be considered as it could lead to a productive gathering. Umar
