This kind of service can be quite expensive! Have you tried to recover the data yourself?
I know that it cold be expensive.. I made a phone call and ask for a price.Almost fainted. The problem is that it is my backup hd... but since my laptop is old and with small HD then I ended up saving a lot of stuff on that external hd.Therefore I do not want to risk to create even more damage and end up with nothing at all.
