This is a BeOS-derivative operating system for 32-bit X86 machines.
There is a fairly extensive FAQ on their website:

Personally I prefer tinkering with linux kernel internals, but variety
is the spice of life. Enjoy. They recommend a Pentium III or above (so
Athlon or better).
