Hi Dave,

You will find that most retail stores like PC World etc will bundle 
Windows with the machines. They wont sell one with out it. Obviously, 
you can cleanly wipe windows away, but you wont get a refund!

Best alternative is a local PC builder, or buy the components and build 
your own. Its not that difficult and i'm sure people on this mailing 
list will give you help and guidance!
