Dear all,

Me again with another daft question!

I need to run a script AFTER the wireless network has definitely come up
and is functioning.

At the moment it is in /etc/rc.local

Problem is that it often throws an error - or fails completely - because
the wireless network has not connected yet!

I have tried putting a sleep 30 in rc.local, but that does not have the
desired effect, and I THINK it simply slows down the whole boot process
- not sure about that!

All the script does is to log me on to the open DNS servers. My Router
will not handle it - I have looked. It is a Netgear DG834

How can I run this script after the network is up?

Thanks a lot
