Hello Andy,

I thought something was amiss yesterday when there wasn't a flurry of
activity here talking about the meeting and where it was.

In amongst the chat about the history of Unix and Linux there were several
references to "I assume it's on" and "see you there".

In the event, three cars turned up, found the school in darkness, rang the
factory and got no answer, and then voted for the Botolph Arms to be the pub
of our choice.

No power, no wifi, so we had a drink and a natter instead. All very
pleasant. We left, guessing that the last Tuesday in December wouldn't
happen and agreed to all meet again on the last Tuesday in January.

See you all there?

Brian

Whoops! Was the meeting scheduled for last night. I have got my diary dates
all muddled up I thought it was this coming Tuesday. As Gary has mentioned
the pub dare I ask did people go to school, if so please accept my
apologies. To plan a little ahead school will be closed on the last Tues of
Dec.

Once again apologies

Andy
