Hi all,

I recall promising to send an email to the list at the end of the last meeting.

This is a day late but here goes

Mark, you need to update the PLUG website with next months meeting
date. Also is it worth asking everyone if they want to meet at the
school for the next meeting? After-all there is much more room there,
although I'm not sure if the Internet connectivity is as good.

I had a great chat with Andy Taylor at the meeting and recommend
anyone who is interested in the history of personal computers in the
UK to check out his website http:/andys.dyn-o-saur.com/ I could spend
hours reminiscing about my old amstrad computer.

Other things I can remember was asking if it was possible to get a
wiki attached to the PLUG website?
Mark can you also check my authority to edit the website please :)

Finally I think it's worth bringing up the question about what to do
at next months meeting (24th June 2008) as we always seem to leave
organizing this to the last minute and I was wondering if anyone had
any preferences as to what to do? I know some people have mentioned a
meeting addressing games run under Linux and I have a desire to get
encryption working on email. Does anyone else have anything they want
to talk about or maybe someone wants to do a short presentation on
their favorite subject?

BTW does anyone know how to change the language settings on Gmail to
UK english instead of US english?

Cheers

StuartL
