Hey Deborah,
I asked a friend of mine who is an Expert on Psocodea, he said he needs better images for further ID. But trap 4 looks like a Dorypteryx with microptere wings, trap 2 and 22 Dorypteryx, but could be something else he cant se specific wing venation, 33 and 49 might be Lepinotus. If you like, you could send specimens to us and we could ID them. Maybe there might be more and something "rare", like we recently found in one of our collections - to be published.
Best regards
Bernd and Michael

--Dear PestList
We've been finding these on our blunder traps. We have several species of booklice that all appear regularly on the traditional ID posters, and had not thought these were booklice as well. But we recently stumbled across images of Dorypteryx domestica and longipennis, (thanks to an NMS poster produced by Jeanne Robinson) https://files.nms.ac.uk/production/Documents/Our-Impact/Training-and-guidance/Caring-for-entomology-collections/Identifying-Booklice-in-Scottish-GLAM_POSTER-A3.pdf?dm=1734611528 which look similar to what we've been finding.
Would anyone be able to make a more educated ID for us? Do we have more booklice or are they something else? They are all about 1mm.
I attach several images which I believe are all potential Dorypteryx, plus one grey outlier which I think is something different again but can't make progress on. Any suggestions welcome.
Thank you for your time
