The last one is indeed a young cockroach.
The other four are all Phoridae - scuttle flies. They comprise a winged
female, and what appear to be both sexes of a wingless species.
Brian Brown, of the Los Angeles Natural History Museum is the North
American expert on these flies, and should be able to tell you which
species you have. They can have complex life-histories, often involving
parasitism of other insects, but as far as I know they will not present a
threat to your collections.
