Hi Jill,

This looks like a larder
beetle<https://museumpests.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Larder-Beetle.pdf> to
me. They are dermestids and tend to feed on hides, furs, and other animal-based
proteinaceous materials.

Best,
Morgan

Hi All,

I am looking for assistance in identifying this beetle that I found inside a
large display case with wood goose decoys.

Thanks,
