The first photo looks like a swarm of round-bodied springtails - visitors from outside. The beetle is one of the SilkenFungus Beetles - *Cryptophagus *species. There's quite a number of species, and all look very similar. They feed on mould in damp rooms. If you are finding large numbers, it would be sensible to check humidity levels, and check for leaks.
