Fly larva (maggot) and a mite. I’d need a better image to offer a more specific
answer.

For the fly larva, perhaps you have some old food waste or an animal carcass
nearby.

Subject: [PestList] Pest identification help?
Hello all!

Does anyone know what this could be? It's about 6-7mm long. I've found several
of them on sticky traps, in close proximity.

Thanks in advance!

All the best,
