Tony, that´s a good point with the square of 10 to 15mm. Than it should be a fly species bigger than Thaumatomyia. Stephan

That would mean that the wire grid in the glass could only be 5 mm square, and I've never come across any of that dimension - it's normally 10 to 15 mm square minimum..
