Looks like a tumbling flower beetle, Hoshihananomia octopunctata.

Subject: [PestList] Difficulty identifying this one

Hello All!

I am struggling with identifying my new friend. (And figuring out if they are
actually friend or foe!) I have looked at a couple different museum pest
identification sites and several of the conversation threads here and afraid I
am missing something.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
