They look like 1) plaster beetles and 2) booklice to me. Let's see what others say, though.

All were collected in spaces where conditions are consistently about 35% RH and 60°F. Initially thought the first picture was psocids/booklice but under the microscope had second thoughts on that plus wouldn't think they would be surviving in a space with humidity that low.
