I would say it's an Attagenus larval skin.

Hello All!

Long time reader, first time submitting.

We found a casing on an object. Based on my review, I am afraid it is the larva
casing for a carpet beetle. We only found part of it so I can’t get a full
measurement of the casing to confirm or deny. Has anyone seen something similar?

The first image is under the microscope, the second was from inside the bag
which was the total amount of the casing we found. Some loss did occur trying
to get a clearer photo while taking it out of the bag but very little as is
visible.

Thank you for your time and energy on this request!
